Tiffany Malabet
Human Resources Leader | Mentor | Advocate
Tiffany Malabet is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 17 years of experience spanning healthcare, education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Executive in Human Resources, Tiffany is recognized for her people-first leadership style, dedication to organizational transformation, and her expertise in talent development, DEI, and compliance. She is also the founder of Carmen Creations, a purpose-driven company that supports advocacy and connection.
Through Carmen Creations, Tiffany and her team champion community building by organizing Friend Circle events—support groups designed to bring together like-minded individuals, including those with disabilities, to form genuine, lasting friendships. These inclusive gatherings also welcome able-bodied participants, promoting understanding, shared experiences, and social support across all communities.
A Long Island native now residing in Manhasset with her partner and two children, Tiffany’s journey into motherhood has been shaped by both heartbreaking loss and triumphant resilience. After several miscarriages, she gave birth to her daughter—originally a twin—and endured a high-risk delivery that resulted in hemorrhaging, surgery, and a blood transfusion. Nearly five years later, Tiffany welcomed her son, who was born prematurely with laryngomalacia, a condition that required multiple surgeries. Today, both of her children are healthy, thriving, and a constant source of inspiration.
These deeply personal experiences have fueled Tiffany’s passion for supporting others through their own fertility, loss, and healing journeys. She brings this empathy into every facet of her work, mentoring individuals throughout her career and creating impactful programs that nurture personal and professional growth.
Tiffany’s next goal is to pursue her a Ph.D. in Psychology—to further support and advocate for individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes with compassion and understanding.
