Healing Through Community: Connect, Share, and Heal

Our support isn’t linear — it’s a pathway that moves with you. Whether you need immediate comfort, structured guidance, or continued connection, Missing Pieces offers compassionate, non-judgmental spaces for both women and men.

One of our trained volunteers will be in touch with you upon completing the intake form.

Where the Journey Begins

Your journey with Missing Pieces begins with a call from one of our compassionate Intake Coordinators, who will listen to your story and help identify the support options that best fit your needs. This personal connection ensures you’re never navigating alone — and that your next step is thoughtful, guided, and rooted in care.

Women’s Support Pathway

We know that healing doesn’t happen in stages — it happens in moments. That’s why our programs are designed to work together. You can participate in multiple forms of support at the same time or move between them as your needs evolve. Every connection, conversation, and shared experience strengthens your path toward healing.

Immediate Support

Purpose: To provide rapid connection, tangible comfort, and emotional stabilization for those experiencing an acute loss, miscarriage, or medical complications. Immediate Support bridges moments of crisis to ongoing care, helping participants find the best next step.

Grief Work Cohort (Core Healing Experience)

Purpose: To offer structured grief processing and teach coping strategies within a safe, small group environment. Each cohort fosters trust, shared healing, and peer relationships.

HAL (Healing After Loss)

Purpose: To foster ongoing connection and peer support beyond initial grief work. HAL meetups, workshops, and gatherings help sustain healing, prevent isolation, and provide space for shared experiences in everyday life.

Peer Mentorship (1:1 Support)

Purpose: To offer personalized, compassionate companionship through shared experience. Peer Mentorship can begin before a cohort starts, run alongside group programs, or continue afterward — providing continuity of care and deeper connection throughout the journey.

PAL Pods (Pregnancy After Loss)

Purpose: To offer dedicated, stage-specific support during subsequent pregnancy and postpartum. PAL Pods provide continuous guidance and understanding as you navigate the complex emotions of pregnancy after loss.

Beyond the Rainbow

Purpose: To serve mothers and families who are grieving the loss of a child while navigating
parenting their living children or parenting a rainbow baby. This group provides a safe and
nurturing space where grief and gratitude can coexist, and where families feel supported as
they honor the child they lost while embracing new life

Men’s Support Pathway

Our men’s group blends elements of grief work and community connection — recognizing that men often process loss differently. It offers a space for conversation, reflection, and shared perspective that grows through action and fellowship as much as through dialogue.

Purpose: To create a supportive environment where men can connect, share, and find healing in ways that feel natural and authentic. This evolving model combines guided discussions, practical reflection, and ongoing peer connection, adapting to meet the needs of grieving fathers and partners.

A Pathway Designed for Real Life

Grief isn’t predictable — and neither is healing. That’s why our support is designed to overlap, interconnect, and adapt. Wherever you are in your journey, there’s always a place to connect, to share, and to continue forward — together.
