Connection to Missing Pieces
The social work department within the OB/GYN wing identified a need for a next-step resource that could both comfort patients and connect them to ongoing grief support. To meet this need, Missing Pieces Support Group was recommended as a trusted partner. Today, a monthly supply of 30 care packages is provided and kept on-site, allowing the care team to offer immediate support and resources to women in need during their time of loss.
