Healing Through Community: Connect, Share, and Heal
Our support isn’t linear — it’s a pathway that moves with you. Whether you need immediate comfort, structured guidance, or continued connection, Missing Pieces offers compassionate, non-judgmental spaces for both women and men.
One of our trained volunteers will be in touch with you upon completing the intake form.
Where the Journey Begins
Your journey with Missing Pieces begins with a call from one of our compassionate Intake Coordinators, who will listen to your story and help identify the support options that best fit your needs. This personal connection ensures you’re never navigating alone — and that your next step is thoughtful, guided, and rooted in care.
Women’s Support Pathway
We know that healing doesn’t happen in stages — it happens in moments. That’s why our programs are designed to work together. You can participate in multiple forms of support at the same time or move between them as your needs evolve. Every connection, conversation, and shared experience strengthens your path toward healing.
HAL (Healing After Loss)
Purpose: To offer a 7-week virtual program that provides structured grief support and coping strategies for parents after pregnancy or infant loss, within a small, safe group environment. At the end of the 7 weeks, cohorts have the option to continue connecting socially for an additional four months, fostering trust, shared healing, and meaningful peer relationships.
PAL Pods (Pregnancy After Loss)
Purpose: To offer dedicated, stage-specific support during subsequent pregnancy and postpartum. PAL Pods provide continuous guidance and understanding as you navigate the complex emotions of pregnancy after loss.
Peer Mentorship (1:1 Support)
Purpose: To offer personalized, compassionate companionship through shared experience. Peer Mentorship can begin before a cohort starts, run alongside group programs, or continue afterward — providing continuity of care and deeper connection throughout the journey.
Workshops
Purpose: To offer Virtual, topic-based education and community learning to anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss. Workshops may include specific themes, guest speakers, practical tools for coping and growth, and/or shared learning and discussion.
Local Community Pods
Purpose: To build sustainable local communities and reduce isolation through informal meetups and structured in-person gatherings. Meetups will be organized through private local social groups (Facebook) and are currently only available in the Houston area.
Beyond the Rainbow
Purpose: To support mothers and families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss and are now parenting a rainbow baby. This group provides a safe and nurturing space where grief and gratitude can coexist, and where families can honor the child they lost while embracing life with their child born after loss.
Healthcare Professionals
Purpose:To provide a dedicated space for healthcare workers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to connect with peers who understand the unique intersection of professional caregiving and personal grief. This monthly virtual group offers compassionate, non-judgmental support for those who spend their days caring for others while navigating their own loss.
Men’s Support Pathway
We’ve partnered with Sad Dads Club to expand support for men navigating pregnancy and infant loss. Through this collaboration, we provide a dedicated pathway that connects fathers and partners to community, conversation, and resources designed specifically for how men experience and process grief. Together, we’re creating space for men to feel seen, supported, and equipped to move through their healing journey in a way that feels authentic to them. Please complete the intake form below to be connected.
Purpose: To create a supportive environment where men can connect, share, and find healing in ways that feel natural and authentic. This evolving model combines guided discussions, practical reflection, and ongoing peer connection, adapting to meet the needs of grieving fathers and partners.
A Pathway Designed for Real Life
Grief isn’t predictable — and neither is healing. That’s why our support is designed to overlap, interconnect, and adapt. Wherever you are in your journey, there’s always a place to connect, to share, and to continue forward — together.
Loss Support Feedback
